I really enjoyed this article and the video. I'm currently living in a small-ish town, but it has 5 colleges… definitely doing okay in the social media department. But I'm moving back to my hometown soon, and I'm not sure who's using what out there… this post gave me some great ideas about how to be helpful no matter what kind of online involvement I discover.
