Years and years of doing business with a &quot;winner takes all&quot; attitude is hard to put behind you. Cooperation and openness are taking over fast, and competition looks very different these days...it still feels somewhat foreign to set out and behave in such a fashion, but I won&#039;t argue against its effectiveness! </description>
